Craig's firefighter coffee and granola package were a superb gift for our hosts in England this past summer -- they were so impressed that we need to ensure a supply for their return visit to Canada! Craig can always be relied upon to choose unique products with exceptional taste and value.

Craig's Cafe was our favourite place for years. Not only was the food fabulous but the coffee was always delicious and the service warm and personable. We felt like honoured friends every time we stepped in the door. After the Harvest Pancakes became my favourite breakfast I was delighted to find I could buy the pancake mix. I even used it for muffins! Sharon's granola also always has a place in my pantry as the grandchildren like it and so does Grandpa. I can't wait to see what Craig comes up with next as I know I 'll love it. He puts the same care into his products as he did with his food at the Cafe. And, if all of that weren't enough, he's a nice guy, too!

Success of the Cafe is easy to relay. The food is fabulous!
I think it is a combination of the wholesome ingredients used and the creativity of a "anything but boring" menu.
My personal favourite is the granola. You just can't find a fresh wholesome mix like that anymore. Reminds me of mom's homemade version, just better with the added extras like flaxseed. I sprinkle it on other cereal, in muffins, or love it just plain with a scoop of yogurt.
I am also very happy to see the Firefighter Gourmet Foods line up now in stores. I look like a star on Sunday mornings with the Golden Harvest pancake mix and a little water. It does seem like a natural progression to market what makes this Cafe famous. Wholesome organic ingredients mixed together and made with love!
