THERE IS NO WHITE FLOUR IN THIS MIX. Granola This is Craig’s wife, Sharon’s, time tested recipe. Roasted in small batches we actually roast some of the ingredients separately to insure that the texture and consistency is perfect. Backdraft Is a medium strength roast. Smooth and fulfilling. Firehall blend Is a medium strength blend A little more full bodied than the "Backdraft" 5 Alarm Is a rich hearty darker roast blend. Rescue 9 Is a deep rich earthy blend. Ideal for espressos Brass Pole Is a smoother yet full of flavour. For those of you who prefer a mellower brew. False Alarm The name says it. This is our decaf. Our Swiss water decaf.
